Here you can post that stuff about your faction and other things. Basically you can give out information about your faction and details on how to join. For Example:

Faction Name: Okami
Faction Description: The Land of Nippon, Peacefull and Happy. From Kimiki Village to The Celestial Plains.
Faction Owner: DCSForerunner

Etc. etc.

This is updates, Faction recruiting, and other events your faction may have and need to get a shout out for. thank you

There is a proper section for these things, such as "faction announcements" and "Faction recruitment". Not general. Locking.
