• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

So I know a few things I did wrong, I'm pretty sure I got the proportions like at least 60% right, The hands are ok, but could be better, I used the "krita" program. I did it on a drawing tablet. I know I did the layers wrong and the head is a lil mis-shaped. But the layers got mixed up so the color kinda overlapped the lines so all the lines are kinda funny, And I know the right arm is misformed. Anybody see anything else wrong? I want to draw comic books one day... one day...

If your planning to start drawing a comic book, here is some of my tips and opinions on your art. Of course this I your first time on a tablet and haha not like if I am good with a tablet as well. But I thought I might as well offer some constructive criticism.

First I feel like the head is a bit too small for the body and such. The chin being a bit to pointed as well.

Second is that for the body I would try using a action line to help making the body look less stiff and more flowy is how I put it. If you don't know what a action line is I'll post a picture or something about it to guid ya.

Last but not least, I would practice sokme more on shading and such for your character to make your character pop out more from the Back round.

Anyways, Other then that I think this looks great! I hoped this helpped some and again, I understand how hard it is to draw on a Tablet for the first time xD so.. it's actually great your beginning to already practice on it unlike me.

If you have layers, put the shading on the layer above your base colour. This will let you edit and refine it without having to worry about line art or the base

I'm not familiar with the program, though some good terminology and methods to know would be making, clipping and how to structure layers. I recommend a YouTube, drawwithjaza, for some tutorials on this. He doesn't use the same program but still gives good techniques and methods which can be applied to any art style

Thank you! :)

Lmao you guys are trying to teach him way too advanced stuff, crazy! I'm still struggling with line of action, and that'd only be reasonable if he was a creative cartoon artist- but he's using skeletons for poses which means he likes following rules. Don't worry about layers and tools right now, you can stick to only one right now. After you learn these Art Fundamentals can you really make use of them.

Subtitles! His advice is perfect. ^^^
TIP: Leave the Values video until last, while values are more important than color, I recommend starting with the Color Theory video. <3

I still like watching this playlist. Watch at your leisure or for fun. Make sure you listen and not just watch, even though his mic sucks a lil.

It's also very assumptive for me to assume you want help with drawing. Sorry about that. Also that pink snail is pretty darn good for anyone to draw at your stage of learning. Don't ever feel guilty about that one.
Hey thanks so much man, im always wanting help! I'm going to look through this tomorrow. I've been working on composing this piece I wanna finish so I might not get much done tomorrow. The final goal is to give that thing a mech suit... Or something. Anywho, again thanks so much for the help

i didn't make this on my drawing tablet, but im proud of it
i feel like i understand the basics of how to draw, just not how to convert it to digital or have any use on a drawing tablet. I just can't really get in the "feel" of it, cuz I have a drawing tablet with no screen, i just don't know the lines well enough
