• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Roleplay Combat Character Sheet

hello :) ever have a hard time keeping up with CRP because there's so much info you need to have on hand? tired of having 50 tabs open and 7 timers running? me too i'm not built for all that

i've made a spreadsheet that consolidates everything ( i think ) that you'll need, including timers, descriptions, stats, and dice. i'll be updating it relatively regularly as staff continue to update abilities for balance. a handful of people are already using it, but for safety's sake, this guide is to help walk you through how it works!!

here's the website! please check here for when the sheet updates: https://sites.google.com/view/massivecraft-combat-sheet/
  • The only three things you need to worry about on here are
    • Character Sheet, which contains all of the basic information about your character, including specials, stat values, dice rolls (which are automatically calculated), block counters, and a bunch of other description things
    • Abilities, which will auto-populate with your abilities as you mark them as known. Provided the cooldown is not once per server restart, entering the time you used the ability will calculate when it can be used again
    • Master Ability List, which contains all of the abilities on the wiki (barring some modifiers and racial abilities, which I'll be adding at a later date). By marking abilities as known, they will show up on your Abilities tab! There are also filters at the top of the sheet to narrow your search down by stat, proficiency name, range, or ability type.
a guide with PICTURES

let's say, for example, we have 5 points to spend. we want to grab something from firearms, melee, and roguery. we'll choose the PROF filter and make sure that only those three are checked. now the sheet will only show us abilities from those three proficiencies

now let's select at random concussive strike, technique parry, agonizing shot, gunslinger, and edgewalker. simply check the KNOWN box, and you're done! afafa.webp

look at that! there they are on the ABILITIES tab! by adding the time you used the ability, the OFF COOLDOWN box will tell you when you can use it next! note, however, that EDGEWALKER's cooldown says 6:40. this is because that any cooldown that doesn't have a specified time (either because it has no cooldown, or it's once per server restart, or maybe even a full 24 hours) will not properly be calculated. please be sure to refer to the ability description at all times!

and (i think) that's all! i'll likely post on this thread when i update the sheet. when the sheet itself is updated, you'll likely just have to copy the info on the MASTER ABILITY LIST sheet or just copy that whole bit itself and paste it into your copy

please be sure to ask me here on through discord if you have any questions, or notice any problems, and i hope that this silly little sheet is useful to you

hello all! quick update -- curses, spell, bruiser, defensive, ranged, and theurgy point buy was tweaked yesterday, and the marked and bloody debuffs were added. the sheet has been updated to reflect these changes!

in order to update your sheet, simply open up the master sheet and COPY the MASTER ABILITY LIST sheet. then DELETE all of the information on YOUR MASTER ABILITY SHEET. paste the new information there, REMARK your abilities, and you're all set!

until i can figure out another method, this will have to do, so sorry! if anyone needs help with this, i'll make another post.
