exactly what it says on the tin. I made this months ago but aside from one release on discord, never put it anywhere. This restores the old-old font, because I find the current one far harder on the eyes and at times frankly downright difficult to decipher. I also replaced the symbol currently used for favourites with the heart it used to be.
Here's an example of the difference:

As it says in the description, put it above the main pack.

"Help! I'm crashing!"
Mojang still haven't fixed issue MC-180529, so unfortunately, integrated Intel GPUs will crash on loading any resource pack using a TTF. This includes mine, the default Massivecraft pack, or most any others.
To fix this: Switch Minecraft from the integrated to dedicated GPU. Specifics of how to do this vary by Windows version and sometimes device age, but generally, one of these will work:
Intel Graphics & Media Control Panel - Right click on your desktop. Select "Graphics Properties". Go into advanced mode, 3D tab, and set 3D preference to performance.
Windows 10 - Open Settings. Go to system, then display. Under "Multiple displays" you should find "Graphics settings". Click this. Select "Classic app". Browse to your Minecraft launcher, and select it. Then click "add", "options", and "high performance".
NVIDIA Control Panel - Right click on your desktop, or the icon in your toolbar. Open up the NVIDIA Control Panel. Manage 3D setting, then in the dropdown, find Minecraft. "Preferred graphics processor" should be set to the NVIDIA one.

"Help, none of these work!"
Either you've done something wrong or you've encountered another legacy method in the esoteric web of EOL'd manufacturer software. Or both, maybe.
Contact me over Discord (you can find me in the Massive roleplay Discord), and I'll help.

For anyone curious on what I actually did, I updated the fontmaps to the new ones back in 1.12.2 (which involved completely redoing large sections, and making many many more characters into the same style), and then later found this wasn't working because they changed the font system again. So I converted my updated fontmaps into a TTF, made some batch tweaks to ensure proper function, and turned this into a resource pack.

Thankyou for this delicious meal...
I struggle to read the newer fontpacks on my laptop (especially since I like to use small UI), so this is perfect.
