Nestled between the shaded oak trees and flanked by the azure river of the Regalian Park lies the Babblebrook Guesthouse, a delightful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of stressful Regalian life. Here one can enjoy an overnight break with their loved one, treated to pristine surroundings and the pleasant chirp of early morning songbirds from the comfort of our homely cottage.
The Babblebrook Guesthouse delivers all needed amenities for an all-inclusive stay, including: a well-stocked kichenette, dining area, queen-sized bedroom, and en-suite bathroom. Guests are requested to treat the property with respect and clean up after oneself so that the Babblebrook Guesthouse can continue to operate for months and years to come.
The Guesthouse presently runs at 15r per night for up to 3 people.

Previously named "The Potting Shed" and home to an alchemy lab, the Babblebrook Guesthouse is situated in the centre of the Regalian Park; just to the left of the main path. At any time, this building is free for anyone to use! The doors all have public locks and do not cost anything OOCly. It can be assumed that 15r was paid on entry to allow a night's stay in the cottage, but this will not be enforced.
This house was created as a bit of fun to give players without a Regalian House a place to roleplay. I would therefore like to request that nothing significant be stolen from the Guesthouse without contacting me first.
