Anassa has traveled to the Crown Isle with her cohort of fellow Arkenborn, here to make a name for themselves and cause chaos wherever they go.
When they were twelve when they killed their mother. They are a member of the Helskorn Khaal.
The twins are never seen apart from one another. They move in tandem, their steps synchronized as if drawn by an invisible thread, an unnerving unity that feels more like an obsession than a bond. They act strange and offputting with intentionality toward others, but in the safety of their home amongst the Khaal.
Anassa and Anstiss are bound by an unbreakable codependency, with Anassa's mania driving them toward the dread of others and Anstiss's depression holding them in a constant, suffocating balance, each fueling the other's extremes.
Anassa embodies one aspect of Dread, Mania. Warping reality into chaos. It's the desperate, maddening urge to understand, knowing that the truth may shatter you beyond repair. She mirrors her sister wholly, when she laughs, Anstiss cries. When she cries Anstiss giggles. They as eachother are all they truly know.
Devoted to the Dread Arken and fueled by hatred for the gods, Anassa and Anstiss seek to tear down divine structures, their fractured minds driving them to create a world free from the worship they deem broken. They are anti-theists of the broken gods who hate Unionism, Draconism, and the Estelley above all.
