A a man and a woman stand in front of the Aletta keep flanked by two individuals clad in leather and bluesteel. Those in the crowd would recognize the two as Doctor Fiske Eberlin and Lady Cecile Ravenstad, Lesser Vigils of the Azure Order. Fiske's voice called out to the crowd, "To the Aberrants of Regalia, the Lesser Vigils offer up a proposal!" Not only read aloud, but posted on every available noticeboard in the city the proposal read:
The Azure Order is willing to offer leniency now and in the future to those who are willing to join the cause to combat the Arken threat current plaguing the city. To the Aberrants of Regalia--the mages, the Silven, the Witchbloods, and the others of individuals of magical nature--we are giving you an opportunity to serve the Empire through the Azure Order to directly combat the Arken threat and gain the respect of the position you become a part of. We wish to be working alongside you through this matter, as we will likely need your abilities. All those who are interested are asked to immediately draft a letter to the Lesser Vigils of the Azure Order. We hope you all make the appropriate choice.
Membership is also open to every citizen of Regalia, as the Azure Order opens its arms to all those willing to diligently serve the Empire in combat of the current magical threats.
