• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

I'd like to suggest additional mods that could affect multiple aspects of the server in a positive way

Map Maker's Tab
Only allowed in the Creative plots, this mod would give players specific blocks already in the game without the need for commands, which some players have restricted access to.

StepUp Fixer
Preferably implemented server-wide so that no one has to deal with the hassle of jumping up every block, this simple ease-of-life mod aims to conserve your hunger bar when walking long distances across plains, forests, and it even makes some mountains easier to climb by turning landscaping blocks like grass, sand, and stone into steps you walk over instead of jump upon.

Rustic
This mod add a whole mess of medieval-themed things, including pillars of all four vanilla rocks, chandeliers, and a method to brew wine.

Custom NPCs
Multi-purpose NPCs that could replace the standard villager in quest worlds with a bit of tweaking in every possible sense, including height, skin, health, and the mod even accounts for quests in their own right. Leaders of large factions could also use this mod to create royal guards that guard their throne when players cannot.

Better Slabs
Not only does this mod add additional slabs, including dirt, sand, stone, and quartz pillars, but it also includes different ways to place those slabs. This brings so much potential for unique structures and statues

Mods need to be client sided in order to cater to the vanilla players. RPers use More Player Models and Better Foliage, for example.

The only one I can get behind is Mapmaker's Tab because it seems like something that would work Client Side. Everything else would require the server to run modded, which cuts the player pool by at least half.
