Strewn about the city, specifically near the Willow and New Town, but even infrequently in the Wraith and the Undercroft are a collection of identical paper notices. The paper is of unusually high quality for some of the latter locales, and the ink is printed cleanly onto the page. They read:

This Saturday at 2 pm EST, after a pair of successful gatherings, which included speeches and debate, we have decided to host a larger gathering at the Assembly Hall for the Peerage. Only a handful of decided Sorcerers, Mages, and Silven will attend from our delegation for the Peerage to question and debate with should they so please.

This event will be closely guarded by members of the Arcanum Order and any other charters who design to attend, though we have not spoken with them personally as we have with the former and cannot confirm.

We encourage and politely request attendance so that we may discuss and present our case in consideration of the new Laws and our presence in the Empire.

Again, the Notice is Signed with a Magescript Seal

"Unbroken is the Circle"

Where: Assembly Hall

When: Saturday at 2 pm EST

Who: Nobles, Commoners, Mages, Sorcerers, Abberants (Probably not Vamps/Wb Unless you want to get arrested)

Why: Spicy Debate about Mage Rights

The Velheim Captain looks over the notice turning to Dame and Count Viduggla "Shall we see what this is about?"
The Northern Lord shoved some cloth wrappings into his pocket as he finished off some dried meat he had been snacking on, glancing over to Fritjof at his suggestion. He squinted to peer at the notice, pausing a moment, before commenting an idle "Why not."
