• Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

A bit about us
Val'roth is a vampire-themed faction located in the south-eastern region of Essalonia. We were established pre-reset under the name Parallax, and continued for some time after the reset in our previous location in southern Essalonia. We changed locations to our current one in late 2018 and have been continuously working on growing and expanding ever since. Being vampire-themed, our main facilities are located underground, along with our main housing facilities and player vaults.

Faction mission
To spread darkness and fear across Aloria!
Just kidding, just kidding. We're trying to create a close-knit community that new, old, inactive, active, roleplayers, pvpers, survivalists, and pretty much anyone else can enjoy and have something to gain and offer in the faction.

Note: As of mid 2020, we've stopped recruiting and are going inactive for the time being. I ask that, if you're interested in joining, you contact me directly via Discord (VonZane#5139). We're only accepting past members and a choice few recruits until we decide we want to go active again.

What can I offer Draugr? Besides my stunning good looks, I can provide insight into siege defence, a desire to help however I can, strong dedication and loyalty, random trivia about useless junk (some of it is actually relevant), horrible jokes, and above all, a witty, fun-loving personality. Plus a bunch of other stuff I probably forgot.
Why do I want to join Draugr? I am searching for a new faction with a close community. I love your style, and want to be a part of it.

What can I offer Valroth? This account is fresh off the boat. Haven't played minecraft in like two years, going to be completely honest; I can't promise I'll be on daily because of work and other life complications. I will try to get on when I have some time so I stay active. My special power is that I can mindlessly grind away for hours upon hours doing menial tasks. My dream is to become the grunt employee of month. I like role playing, it can be fun with a good chemistry of people.
Why do I want to join Valroth? I'm completely fresh to modern MassiveCraft. Lost my account with all the good cool expensive stuff on it. No connections from when I last played, basically just a new player who knows the gist of how to play on the server. No friends, no enemies. Just want somethin' to do with a relaxed environment of people who aren't going to be up my ass about grammar every two seconds. I'll pretty much just do anything you tell me to do. Excavate, mine, enchant, the works. Don't trust me with PVP, if memory serves correctly I suck at it. More or less? Just looking for friends. If they like to role play, that's cool too.

What can I offer Valroth? Positive vibes and killer jives. For real though, I'm really good at organization and I get a lot of satisfaction from it so I'm always happy to organize chests and storage rooms. I like gathering resources and crafting so send me out to god knows where to get got knows what and I'm good to go. I'm not that good at building but I'd be down to learn.
What would I like Valroth to offer me? A fun close-knit community and a chest or two to dump my stuff in.
Why do I want to join Valroth? I love Massivecraft and I've been on it for years but I'd like to enjoy it with others and contribute to a faction. Also, I'm graduating in 25 days and I don't know what I'll be doing with my Summer until University starts.

Why do I want to join Valroth? I don't have a faction yet and I was questioning the vampirism system in Massivecraft when Moonflower referred me to this faction. In the old days of Massivecraft, I was a participant in some vampire-based faction and I enjoyed it then. So I'm wanting to go back to those old days. That, and currently I have no goals in Massivecraft besides the base minecraft stuff, so I crave something to do.
