O Baiacu.

During the early hours of the morning, a plague of red-clad, tattoo ridden pirates fell upon the Corpse in the Gutter. One such pirate, an Altalar covered in classic-style tattoos of dragons, anchors, swallows and gods know what else pinned a notice by the stairs, it read the following -

"We are O Baiacu. We run the sewers now."

All throughout the morning there was boisterous shouting, brawling, gambling and drinking until they left all at once.

A letter would arrive to the boss of the O Baiacu. It was not wrapped in anything, just a neatly folded piece of paper. Once unfolded, the letter would read:

To the Boss of the O Baiacu,
-You see, I am a man who shares your interest in crime. As a fellow criminal, I would like to propose some plans I have in mind for this "great" city. If you agree to see me and accept my proposals, you would not only have extreme wealth, but a feared reputation in Regalia. You do like wealth, sí? Whoever you are, señor or señorita, if you agree to see me, I will tell you my great plans.
