Hello all!
As some of you know, it was mid-November when I made the decision to take a temporary leave from MassiveCraft. Now, I have decided to return. The information below is really only for those who took any interest in me before I left and might wonder why I'm returning, why I left, what I've been doing, etc.
Why am I returning?
The simplest response would be that I miss it. I had a lot of great times running around a made-up world and interacting with loads of unique characters, and I can't wait to start playing again! One of the biggest reasons that I left was because it's been a hard year. School is annoying. Especially when you take really hard classes. After two shaky months (and a lot of homework), I've gotten back on my feet, and I'm ready to dive into the world of Aloria once more!
What have I been doing?
Schoolwork. Drawing. More schoolwork. I just recently got a wacom tablet, and I've never been so addicted to drawing in my life. My new record is three hours straight working on one drawing. While I'm sure that's nothing for 'bigger' artists, it's a crazy accomplishment for me!
I can confidently say that my drawing skills have improved, and I'm really excited to become one with the new art community!
Timeframe
For those who want or need to know, I will be on much less than I was before. I'm coming back, but I may have to leave again to regain my balance. It'd honestly be a miracle if I was able to get online during a weekday (unless I'm on break).
Charcters
For those who want or need to know, I'll only be focusing on my main character, Raphael Baldovini. There is a story behind his absence (it's not the most original, but it's an interesting topic), so there's always that...
Anyways...
I suppose that's pretty much it! For now, I'll be lurking around the forums until I understand how Aloria has changed in the past two months (if anyone could give me a quick summary, I'd really appreciate it
), and I'll soon be joining everyone on the server again!
