• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

There are zombies in the pantry,
There are spiders in the sink,
There are creepers in the tavern
When I go to fetch a drink.

There are enders in the foyer,
Slimes are bouncing in the hall
And the dining room is carpeted
In skeletons wall to wall.

All my doors have been dismantled,
Done in by a zombie's bash,
And a string of bursting creepers
Left my parlor full of ash.

Ghasts and spiders in the market,
See that no more silver's spent.
Endermen are in the guest room,
And refuse to pay me rent.

So you see my home is crowded,
And it seems they're here to stay.
Please oh please, beloved Massive staff,
Please make them go away.

If they do not go away you could try lighting the room and or placing steel doors to rooms that are supposed to be dark.

Question:
If a zombie can break down a wooden door in ones faction... Why can't I?

Well of course!!! It's a very good pic. And on topic, what a good poem!

New Raiding On Massivecraft:
*Raiders go to raid a faction*
*Enemies hide in houses*
*raiders wait till its night*
*Zombies spawn and bust down the doors*
*raiders charge in*
*enemies yell hackers!!*

I've never done THAT before... -Glances around and then takes off running into the woods-

@OP, Lovely poem, but I for one now enjoy the mobs spawning of faction territory. Now I have more reason to avoid darkrooms.

yeah but DAMN Their noisy!
I live in a mountain :S you know where they can spawn..... EVERYWHERE!
At least its keeping my members exited...
I am sure theirs a work around to getting it uncontrolled other than just torch it all.

I once used a spawning zombie to bust down Renegade's door. It was brilliant.

There I was, pissed I couldn't get at them from the Inn door. When a zombie just ran right at me from the mountains. I didn't even know if it worked at the time, I just wanted to give it a go. The innkeeper was cleaning there rooms, and heard the zombie knock. Confused, she opened the door to kill it, then I jumped in and was like

Oddly, she had diamond battle-axes and emeralds. Hardly the gear on an innkeep. Not complaining, of course :P

The doors cripple and crumble while the undead descends,
The spiders sing and crawl waiting to jump in,
The endermen creep and stalk for its unwilling damned prey,

Bones rumble, flesh cripple while your about to give in,
Oh wait why not try a iron door to replace the wooden crooked end...

Awsome rhyme! I love it =3

But do get the point of wat both people want. We do like the exitement of mobs spawning in the dark places of our base while we also want a safe home when we need it. Thus my sulotion. (NO not torch spamming x_x) Make it optional :)
This will start making the faction plugin become more and more towny but who cares! aslong as its fun hey :D. Allow faction leaders to toggle mobspawn in factions gives people the chance to get exitement or safety :D. Even tho i don't consider it a down side you might... You must choose between them.

This problem should be combined with the bug that when you kill a zombie sometimes a new one spawns in its place
