• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Preface

How's it going? So, with the change of hands of processing from Marty to myself, there might be a few minor mistakes in the processing before everything forms a new norm. If there are, be sure to ping me via a ticket so it can be fixed. Additionally, there is going to be some notable changes in the coming weeks on how progressions work (whilst keeping the same report system and format) with a different writing style and the return of other features (Such as Flashpoints, which are already back on this page!) and other things.

For this reason, please be patient with me and we'll handle this transition smoothly as we go.

----------------------------

Rowena Kade
  • 6,000 regals paid to Aesling Sylfina.
  • 6,000 regals paid to Lucallian Valrel.
  • 2,000 regals paid to Sigrid Sterke-enn.
  • 2,000 regals paid to Aewyn Syllbess.
  • 1,200 regals paid to Fathiyaa al Nasir.
  • 1,200 regals paid to Casperann.
  • 1,000 regals paid to Naajy Shamuon.
House du Triege
  • Sends 20,000 regals to Coren Isil.

House von Drachenburg
  • Dietrich von Drachenburg sends a delegation to the province of Fergfeld with a gift of 20,000 regals for the purpose of assisting repairs to the structures in the area in the aftermath of a vampiric attack a week before. The donation seemed to bode moderately well for both sides with local aldermen being now well equipped to set about dampening out some of the carnage and remaining positively disposed to the Drachenberg family in tow. While an offer to join Drachenburg rule was pensively considered, the province gave no response as most of von Drachenburg's work was set back once more as the same Vampiric castle entity returned shortly after the delegation left and bombarded citizens and soldiers indiscriminately. .
  • Diplomacy was the theme of the week for the von Drachenburg Household as Harald von Drachenburg was sent as an envoy to King Krumme in Nordskag with another diplomatic gift of 20,000 regals. Despite seeing this as a possible attempt to bypass the Regalian Foreign Relations Ministry, Krumme allowed Harald into Court entirely on foot of his status as a Viridian Order Paladin; which Krumme was positively disposed towards. When asked if he wanted more representation within the Regalian State, Krumme replied simply with. "I want control over the Ailor colonies in Ellador."

House Cadieux
  • Sets their Crown Tax to 20%.
  • Donates their entire standing army of 10,000 to the State.
  • Sells one ship to House Latimer.

The Golden Triumvirate

  • Paid 4,000 regals to Abigail Tucker.
  • Donated 10,000 regals to Unionist Parishes in Port Plaissis. The donation was lapped up by the local communities though seemed to barely impress the Clergy of the region who were still notably miffed with the Void Cults still in the region. As such, their disposition does not change.
  • Announces that Arathorn Yllanorin is now the Steward of House de Ortiz.

House Delmotte
  • Markus Delmotte leads his army of 40,000 men into the province of Vattanais in order to combat the Wardens of Purity and eject them from the region. Assisted by William Arnyn and another smaller army of 15,000 led by Julius Peirgarten. Once this large force was sighted on its way to the province, the Wardens decidingly and tactically dispersed entirely from the region with most heading back East and North, molding back into the populous where they could.
  • 2,000 regals were paid to William Arnyn.

The Hexenblood Circle
  • Valarosta Ino-Femunn takes 15,000 soldiers into the province of Libertade to enforce order against the Covenants of Enlightenment should they arrive from neighbouring provinces. This proved to be an apt decision, as only mere days later, the first few groups of Covenants began entering into the province which were promptly rounded up and ejected or imprisoned; deterring any more from actually risking crossing the border.
  • A small rag tag group of individuals return to Zzonthaal for certain intelligence as dictated by the Hexenblood Circle. They find that Zzonthaal is empty, save for a few Void sacrificial shrines. The conclusion is made eventually that the citizens were sacrificed to the Sendrassian Void Gods, and there's nothing left in this city now. The Sendrassians also sabotaged the city walls, making taking up a defensive position practically useless.
  • Using 10,000 regals, an expedition is made to the Sundial Islands. The Suvial Altalar are well aware of the potentiality of Kathar disguising as Altalar, and while Nevaria is not discovered, the Suvial are obviously not interested in a bunch of strangers arriving and asking questions. The group is quickly arrested by the Ansundhsän Ving - the Suvial secret service, interrogated, and then ejected from the Suvial lands warned that if they return, they will be executed for espionage.

House Sorenvik
  • Kaya Sorenvik immediately passes a law that makes any form of cooperation with the Wardens of Purity within her lands completely illegal. For the most part, not really many saw this as a surprise or were innately affected, as the Wardens were extremely hostile to Velheimers. When these Velheim rulers were addressed by the Sorenvik, her speech mirrored this. When Kaya attempted to use the burning of the North as a comparrison to what the Wardens were doing however, she was scoffed at and informed that despite Regalian propaganda aggrandizing the event, the North's alleged 'burning' was not as widespread or debilitating as many were led to believe. Nevertheless, they'd keep her call to be ready in mind.
  • The Vladno people accepted Kaya's speech to them but were less agreeable than the Velheimers. Due to Vladno's political and cultural structure, much of the Warden's conservative ideals tied nicely into some of their more radical ways, and the threats of usurpation by the Wardens akin to the fate of lands belonging to Peirgarten and Kreiburg was only seen as fear mongering and nothing more. As such, when the speech was over the Vladno left less than impressed and continued on as normal.
  • The Friedurfolk politely entertained Kaya's speech but outright refused to mobilise due to their pacifist nature. They made it clear they would not engage in conflict as their way of life through peace and negotiation has brought nothing but prosperity to the region; and they were not going to start disrupting their way of life now over 'possibilities of eventualities'.
  • Overall, the messages carried to the Sorenvik people were received in a very mixed manner, yet without a call to rally levies, no one really knew how effective the Sorenvik's warnings and calls to prepare actually were just yet.

House Kreiburg
  • Theopold Kreiburg took command of the entire Kreiburg acting army of 14,000, entering Arta and forcing the Wardens of Purity out of the region. When an offer was placed on the table for the Wardens to join the Kreiburg army, it was laughed at by the Wardens in other regions and scorned by the very army Theopold was commanding. Nevertheless, while some Wardens were killed in the fighting, most others fled to nearby provinces, dispersing into the masses and engaging in regular everyday peasant life once more.
  • Alaric Kreiburg using his 1,000 troops head to the Slumberwood border at Alvania to encroach and set up a defensive line to stop any advance of the Poppy's Wall into Arta.
  • Five Kreiburg Warships remain to guard the strait at Ustyeurt.
  • Fergfeld is once again bombarded by the Vampiric flying castle, causing more damage which is only moderately offset by the donation by House von Drachenburg.

House Mac Conall
  • Pays Humaira Reinard 3,000 regals.

House Black
  • House Black sends its 30,000 man army to the border between Dragh and the regions of Bad and Bulgern to prevent the spread of Wardens into Dragh which does so and keeps the Wardens at bay, for now.
  • 10,000 regals are spent on spreading propaganda throughout the lands ruled by the Golden Triumvirate, more publically House de Ortiz, accusing them to removing the Luna Sangre Coven in order to position themselves as the 'ruling vampires' in the region. This attempt went largely ignored. The financing of this propaganda throughout all of the Golden Triumvirate regions lands was vastly inadequate and many declarations printed and criers hired were just a voice or leaflet in the wind that no one really cared much for.

House Avalorn
  • House Avalorn officially announces that, within the archipelago, they will act as a arbiter for Altalar within the archipelago's borders and would personally see to standing as a figurehead for the Altalar to approach regarding their personal pleas and struggles against their lords. Within days, letters and correspondence piled up in meter piles as hundreds upon hundreds of new letters of complaints came through about various lords or lower barons, aldermen and minor city officials, ranging from minor disrespects to alleged wrongful imprisonments. What was interesting was a number of letters came from the Vicieux region, requesting assistance against Julius Peirgarten for a recent action. (See House Vicieux).
  • Avaineiral Rilynnlues is sent by Vivana Avalorn to Talant Ilha Faial, the 'Seaward Spear' of the Fin'ullen States, to assess the current state of the Turquoise Fleet and the general disposition of the common folk in the region. The fleet upon brief inspection, permitted by an officer in the fleet who was far too liberal with his position, showed no signs of any change. Its size was still as it was, condition pristine and still very much stationary. Later throughout the week, Avaineiral would spend time with some of the common folk in the State, all of which showed very little positive or negative feelings towards the current state of affairs. In fact, really the common folk were quite content. It was only the more military focused individuals who supported the Military Castes in the State, that were adamant to join the Kathar-Altalar war in Hyarroc, that were severely displeased with the current leadership.
  • The House Avalorn pays another 20,000 regals into the Intelligence Agency that is currently engaging in espionage and subterfuge against the Covenants in the Avalorn regions. This had the effect of mildly disrupting communications between the Convenant's chapters within each Avalorn province, temporarily disrupting the spread into various other provinces.

Ariramorel
  • Ariramorel spent 10,000 regals to convene with their feudal council to discuss Harhold Treaty violations following the war between them, Reinard and Latimer. Of all of the proposed allegations of breach, only one stood above the others: Harhold had not lifted the blockade and with no response from Vlissinghelm on why they have not pulled their fleet back, the feudal council agreed to mobilise 18,000 troops against Harhold in another war to enforce these terms. However, these troops were immediately demobilised when Harhold ships were spotted leaving the area, just narrowly avoiding another strenuous and elongated war.
  • 10,000 regals are used to establish and spread small Nessrassian cults in Mollarno. These cults are not exactly too appealing to the locals and they each saw some interest but for the majority, and for the money used to spread it, it was rather an unsuccessful venture at this point in time.

House Slumberwood
  • Slumberwood spends 10,000 regals and sends a 25,000 man army into Morvinda to wipe out the Wardens in the area that have made their place their home. Those that are captured and resisted were impaled and put on display in their villages, which enraged the local clergy as the action was seen as a blatant and purposeful disregard of burial rights. What's more, the abandonment of traditional execution methods caused a small outbreak of undead in Morvinda which hassled locals and caused issues for local town guardsmen.
  • An additional 10,000 regals is spent on rebuilding and repairing damages in Morvinda caused by the Wardens which tides the region by for the time being.
  • (Orders to invest in the specified two provinces is bounced. You cannot send in an order funding 2 different things and then not specifying how much of each split goes to which thing).

Tehrathel Avalorn
  • Orders are put on hold in place of a map of the region which will be released by the end of this week. Please resubmit these orders or change them for the coming order week.

Klaus Typhonus
  • The Foreign Reichstrat Minister Klaus Typhonus along with a delegation consisting of Fleur Latimer, Eloise Reinard and Hugo de la Baptiste set off for Ellador to evaluate the current tensions and general state of the Ailor settlements there on behalf of the Lord Chancellor. However before the troupe's transport vessel could even come close to one of the settlement's harbors, they were fired upon and made a narrow escape. This was the consistent experience throughout every Ailor settlement harbor they tried to dock in, denoting that it was likely that these Ailor colonies had likely already all been overrun by the Isldar.

Goretaan
  • 15,000 regals are used to weaken the influence of the Unionist Clergy as the predominant religious faction in Clannagh-Alba in favor of Vultdragon influence. Immediately, the regions Clergy ingrained themselves in, sending missionaries out en masse. While Vultdragon Supremoclacy is also a Unionist faith, the Clergy could see this blatant attempt in trying to undermine them, and as their support was already critically poor, acted accordingly; announcing to Clannadh Alba that the Goretaan was violating their peace agreement by funding another religion to begin another attempt at a mass conversion of Highlanders. That said, sects of Vultdragon Supremoclacy began setting up in the Highlands regardless and tensions became even more strenuous in the region.
  • See Tehrathel's orders.

Finance Minister Maximilian Black
  • 20,000 regals to Reimar Typhonus for a Diplomatic Mission.
  • 20,000 regals to Loriella Haaven for the Cliffton Forts.
  • 6,000 regals to Nym'vrae Helvath for Guard Bounty rewards.

House Typhonus
  • 25,000 men under Reimar Typhonus is used to completely remove the Wardens of Purity from the Capital province of Calemberg with great success. The capital was now completely Warden of Purity free.
  • 20,000 regals is then spent to reduce the likelihood of commonfolk within the Southern Minorities factions joining up with the Wardens of Purity, with a modicum of success. The Warden's numbers in the region suffer as a result.
  • 5,000 men are garrisoned outside of the tunnel bored through Hadrian's chain as a means of acting as a warning force to relay any movement or possible invasion back to the capital.
  • 20,000 regals that are sent by the Finance Minister are used to open communication with Cro-Droq, who relays back news from the war in Sendras. The message was short 'Act fast, we need reinforcements. Send help. A map is being sent to you of our current situation. Organise and rally. We can't hold them back for much longer'.

House Latimer
  • 60,000 regals is used to construct a Citadel dubbed 'The Citadel of Proagogi" or "Sídiros Kónos" dedicated to the research of technology. In the plans, multiple workshops, labs and other facilities are evident. With the 60,000 regals dedicated, the assistant architects say it may take some time for the citadel to be fully completed but they'd be well on their way once the builders begin.
  • Pays 7,000 regals to House Cadieux for the ship transfer.
  • 4,000 troops are stationed outside of the build site for security.

House Howlester
  • Pays 7,500 regals to Julius Peirgarten for Mercenary work for this week, next week and a bonus.

House Reinard
  • House Reinard extends an offer to the Covenants to opt out of their current path and become a legally recognised pro-magic guild within Reinard's Kintyr provinces with limited representation in the capital of the Reinard lands. The Covenant outright refuses this offer as the Covenant are not interested in becoming glorified magic clerks.
  • In response to the rejection, Reinard sends in the entire active army and Archblood Deathsquads into Voortzee to completely remove the Covenant from the province. This proved an overwhelming success and sent the Covenant fleeing, thus liberating Voortzee from the group.

Valentino Sangiovese
  • See Tehrathel Avalorn's orders. The Military Progression orders will open fully next week when the map is released and army composition and numbers are finalised.

House von Duerr
  • Set State Tax to 0%.

House Viduggla
  • House Viduggla invests 20,000 regals into Skagger facilities within their respective realm territories. While a nice sum, it barely covers the cost of roof repairs and wall fixes for more than three or four Skagger holds and thus only has a modicum token effect of improving morale from the Viduggla troops who see this as an act of patronage and philanthropy to their old ways.
  • 10,000 regals are then spent by House Viduggla spreading propaganda throughout the North, accusing them of embezzling funds that House Viduggla contributed to them after the war as reparations to be used as part of the Velheim Defense Fund which Kaya agreed to and has yet to make good for. Furthermore, accusations of corruption are flung at Kaya Sorenvik for war profiting and making gains off of the struggles of the Velheim people, accusing her further of being ineffective and money grabbing at their expense. This, while a good ploy in theory, suffered the same way as House Black's attempt. The North is expansive and making sure the word is heard by enough people to cause a stir would need quite a few regals to ensure. Unlike House Black though, it does see some success and while not evident right now, there were talks among some Velheimer's that perhaps Sorenvik is not exactly what she tries to portray herself as.

House Vicieux
  • Pays 25,000 regals to the State.
  • Sets State tax to 15%.
  • Assists House Delmotte in their skirmish against the Wardens of Purity (See Delmotte).
  • Spends 10,000 regals to spread advertisements across Cixe-Bas to move to Vittanais to bring change with the end result bringing about an exodus of Altalar from the region through fear. This completely backfires however, as not only was the propaganda vague and not enough funding was used to bring about a modicum of success, but these Altalar began to collect themselves into large groups, calling upon Vivana Avalorn as part of her new declaration as an Altalar representative to intervene against Julius for this action.

House Harhold
  • House Harhold removes their fleet from Kintyr but positions it off the coast of the Anglian mainland to prevent the escape of Latimer troops into the region.
  • Harhold attempts to remove Covenant influence out of Vlissinghelm with an investment of 12,000 regals which, while weakening them significantly, did not remove them completely, and a token force of soldiers ought to do the trick to completely root them out.

House Peirgarten
  • An investment of 80,000 regals is used to improve quality of life in Lorenthaus; particularly by dedicating funds to rebuilding homes and businesses that were lost in the conflict with the Wardens which helped improve the situation in the capital significantly though not being a hundred percent effective. Although the dedication of funds was significant, exact amounts of the fund were not precisely dedicated and thus regals changed hands and some of it was even embezzled and fell into the pockets of corrupt bureaucrats. General sentiment toward the Countess in the region did improve moderately however from her usual supporters and native peoples.
  • A further 30,000 regals was invested in building a University of Literary Arts in the Ventiane province which was intended to focus on the Dressolini people and their cultural identity; a show of support and acknowledgement by the Countess that she is willing to begin righting the wrongs she had done in the past. The Dressolini people responded semi-positive to the gesture, which certainly would prove as a stepping stone moving forward.
  • The Countess releases a statement to the Wardens of Purity requesting a ceasefire between the Peirgarten forces and them, laying down their blades and putting the killing to an end. The Wardens however refuse this completely, leaving the next move to the Countess while the Wardens dug themselves in further.
  • Retires two warships.

Archipelago Flashpoints!

In the south, multiple highly influential Sancellist factions begin to make themselves known in the province of Coivra. While evidently peaceful, these Sancellists are clearly operating to try and secure themselves a foothold of greater relevance within the province and request funding to build Sancellist churches from Nobility and philanthropists across the archipelago. This causes a stir with the local populous under the leadership of the Golden Triumvirate with mixed opinions and discomfort evident at the thought of these churches popping up en masse.

Rumors flow to the capital of a heinous plot by nobility in Vlavosko to ally with a foreign nation against House Viduggla to remove Ustyeurt from their control and place it into the hands of Sorenvik, the announced true and rightful ruler! Whether these whispers from Merchants coming from the area are true or not is unknown, but they're certainly unsettling.

Rumvalia, the capital of the Slumberwood lands, is also hit with devastating news when it is uncovered that one of their more notable aristocrats, a Knight by the name of Ser Aetos is found dead from multiple stab wounds inside a Government building in pure daylight. Petitions are immediately lobbied to the ruling household to do something about this heinous act, as the death of this beloved and well known individual has shook many of the populace to its core. Failing that, some independent relatives and friends of Ser Aetos have already put out calls for assistance from all over the Realm, with the promise of reward to whoever could uncover the truth behind this dastardly deed.

Meanwhile in Elba, lands within the House Black sphere of influence, multiple merchant groups and conglomerates that are staunchly against the current ruler's methods of government gather in protest in one of the more notable merchant ports on the Shoenn River. Witnesses note that these individuals, wearing red caps, took crates of tea and dumped them into the harbor in an act of defiance against Dianne Black and her carelessness in recent events, calling for support to help weaken her influence from others, in order to push a movement to help improve merchant conditions within Elba.
