• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Why's Massivecraft Down Right Now?

Massive is down and the website was down to.Whats happening?
I assumed the server holding up all MassiveCraft related sites and such went down, based on the error messages I was getting.
That, or it was one of those fancy internet attacks, but don't listen to me, I don't know enough to make a reliable statement.

Its a update. They update and restart ubuntu and core software probably. Thats why everything went down

You are forgetting an important thing.
Minecraft, website and TeamSpeak, are run on different machines or atleast it used to be.
Look here to find the answer Weekly Changelog-14-33
@2108U9 is probably right.
EDIT: Whoops, cayorion updated the os on ALL 10 machines. o that's probably why everything whent down, even website and TS

Accouriding to a staff member, it was a massive software update so everything went down.

Basically, Cayorion is changing the Operating System on all 10 servers, hence why everything is down. No heads up - it will take between 3-10 hours depending on the problems that may occur.

It's down because people said "Lag" in general chat when it did and crashed it.

(Kidding, again I have no idea.)

i just came back home, tried to log on on the forums and gets: Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at www.massivecraft.com Port 80 .
