• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Hi there,

I wondered which materials you use most at the moment and why/what for :)

I like working with wood, because it comes in different shapes and colours.

Curious to see how the poll develops :3

Add obsidian/coalblocks and quartz blocks in there if you can, love those!
uh, I wasn't thinking of those, but I couldn't have done more options anyway..
I should have put wool and clay in one, then I could have added it.
I don't think there is a way of editing the poll? @MonMarty (not sure whom to ask for this)

What do you create with obsidian and coal blocks? :)

I use coal for checkering with quartz and to place behind trapdoors and the likes for a nice dark background.
Obsidian for tainted areas (although they do not look as good in vanilla textures).

Ah, I did that (the checkers) with obsidian and snow before, as it was somehow easier to obtain than quartz, but if I remember right the snow wasn't the same height as the obsidian.. ¬.¬
I need to try that with the trapdoors :3

I recently also used obsidian for a fountain :)

Anyone out there with more ideas for obsidian? :D
(or other materials)

For massivecraft, I generally use wood, stone, and glass. In my creative worlds, I use everything. Especially My precious redstone...

I generally use it for mechanics, but in massivecraft, I use it sometimes, just not as much.
If I think about it I agree.. I think in Massivecraft I used redstone mostly for "candles" so far ^^

I always thought glowstones are more popular :3 .. and all the redstoners seem to have missed this thread. I got told hoppers are so important to the economy? Where are you guys, vote for them ;P
