Hey every one its saturday which meens it time for more Faction Tips

Helping everyone fit in:

1: You alow every one to do what they want. for ex dont make someone who knows farming be a knight, unless they want to.
2: Try and be fair. dont shove jobs on some members and not on others, everything needs to level out.
3: Try to pay more attenction to problems that a member is having.
