Victory And Freedom

A ship bearing sails of navy blue emblazoned with a silver oak tree made its way to the dock of Regalia, a woman with a cloak of black and chestnut hair blowing in the sea breeze stood on the deck. She looked ahead as they anchored, a proud look on her face. With the ramp down, she led the procession of people dressed in gray and magenta, stopping before the small crowd gathered before her. Mercenaries donned in blue and silver lined both sides of the progression protecting the Peirgartens in between. Olivia paused as the men lined up around her before saying, "People of Regalia, it eez a time to rejoice. As you see, ze prisoners of ze horrid pretender king, ze Ravenstad Leper, 'ave been liberated by mine hand." At that, a few cheers broke out and Olivia grinned, adding, "No longer shall ze Peirgarten fear for ze safety of zere loved ones at the possibilities of what atrocities ze horde of ravens could do." Again, woos and applause followed her words. She pressed forward, calling behind as she walked, "May ze Spirit bless you all and let us not forget ze victory over ze pretender who dares defy ze will of Emperor and break his peace!"

Shortly thereafter the entourage would arrive to the Peirgarten estate where Olivia would deliver the once imprisoned family members; all of it in full view of the public.

Xavier listened to the steward relay the information to him as the dockhands readied the Ravenstad ship to depart, eyeing the last of his King's guard and retainers board, "Good for them. Less Peirgartens to execute. We'll need the executioners axe for the war."

Tobie started laughing at the sight of so many Peirgartens being escorted, he of course was staring out of his window at this point and let out a shout "Amelina! We have visitors!" He let out fits of laughter, probably to disguise the tears of joy.
