With the introduction of new players to the game & Coven's sprouting up the Upyr of Theatrics requests that the populace read the below information. Be sure to convey these words through mouth, for a great number of the populace lack the capability to read ceardian.

A PROCLAMATION REGARDING THE
CURRENT STATE OF THE REGALIAN UNDERBELLY
With the introduction of new players to the game & Coven's sprouting up the Upyr of Theatrics requests that the populace read the below information. Be sure to convey these words through mouth, for a great number of the populace lack the capability to read ceardian.
1. On the Subject of Sanguine
- Coven's lacking Upyr leadership are expected to devout their loyalty towards one that possesses such leadership & vassal themselves under the same banner should they be unwilling to merge 'organizations.'
- Sanguine sympathizing & harboring the current Werebeast & Sihndar menece are expected to outcast these individuals, less they deem themselves traitors in the eyes of Dorkathian Culture or collare these individuals with specialized collars, these collars can be collected from the Upyr of Theatrics themselves.
- Outsiders or 'Lone Wolf' Sanguine are expected to align themselves with one of the current Coven organizations for the sake of saftey & betterment of our united future.
2. On the Subject of Werebeasts
With the rise of an ancient enemy comes the threat of our very existence as both Sewer Dwellers & Sanguine alike. These volatile creature's are dubbed ostracize worthy, due to their incredibly aggressive behavior, inhumane practice of feeding & general nuance of this community. Such has lead to the following requests from the Upyr of Theatrics.
With the rise of an ancient enemy comes the threat of our very existence as both Sewer Dwellers & Sanguine alike. These volatile creature's are dubbed ostracize worthy, due to their incredibly aggressive behavior, inhumane practice of feeding & general nuance of this community. Such has lead to the following requests from the Upyr of Theatrics.
- Werebeasts lurking around the Cove & Regalian Sewers are expected to be ostracized, less they identify with a Coven, such will be indicated by a collar fitted with a either a red gem or blue gem (Red indicating belonging to the Demiurge & blue the Solifuge Society)
- Those seen without a collar are a threat not only to you but those around you & possibly even your families. Do what is right & be sure to detour them from approaching via verbal abuse & threatening looks of aggression.
3. On the Subject of Public Relation Between the Sanguine & You.
The Sanguine are here to bring change to their future, not to lay harm on the hard working folk of Regalia & its sewer dwellers. Whilst we may inspire fear, there is no need to fret for we see you not as our enemy... But our ally. Whilst there may be some who love to indulge in a few non-consenting victims to feeding.. Some simply wish to share the blessing they've discovered. With all said and done, we hope that both the Sanguine Community & The Regalian underbelly Community can strive together as both friend and foe, may your days be delightful ones & I remind you each to have fun!
Glory to the Underbelly
May we all indulge in needless violence and pleasent alcohol
until death do us part.

Replications of this poster can be all around the first two levels of the sewers & the Cove. All of them are removable bar a single replication which seemed to integrate its self into the Sewer Tavern bounty board which will remain for 24 hours.
