- Was left in Drixagh's wilderness as a baby by Halvel, and was found and adopted into the Dahl family.
- Ulf grew up finding balance with his Marken side, he trained under various mentors during this time to hone his skills.
- As Ulf came of age, the Burning of the North would occur, Ulf would fight on the side of the Skaggers although taking no role of major importance.
