DESCRIPTION
A band of at-least fifteen, and is suspected for the majority to be Kathar. They don what is said to be old Black Regiment armor, though it is heavily repurposed for more quantity over quality. Full plate, dark colors such as black and brown, draped with various dark cloths. Pointed nose helmet.
MUST BE IN OR WITH PROPERLY IDENTIFIED ARMOR.

A head-shaved Ailor male with a grated black metal mask. Known to be good with his fists, but uses others for dirty work. Assumed to be a leader of said Kathar group.

TO NOTE
Both bounties are to be taken as dangerous and appropriate measures and preparations should be taken before attempting to hunt them. One must note that the Kathar is agroup of at least fifteen willing Dread Empire Loyalists, And it is unknown if sanguine, undead, and otherwise may affiliate with them.
It is reported that the group has the protection of a so called 'bone monkey', that looked like a human with more than 4 arms and a tail of some kind like a scorpion, which is presumed to be another arm.
Extreme caution is suggested.
Additionally, the criminal nature of the individual cashing in the bounty will not be noted when assuring identity and dispensing the bounty.
