Oh dear Regalia,
I find it sincerely most unfortunate that I have to intervene, but alas. The troublesome rise of crime and overall lack of security which the city endured these past few days demonstrates very clearly that the Metropolitan needs my guiding hand, to instill some sense of order so they can stalwartly promise the safety of our dear citizenry, who are all rightfully shaken by the chaos that ensues on the streets. Hence this short communiqué, dear reader, to remind that I will forevermore hold your safety and wellbeing in deep concern.
A rogue assassin by the assumed alias of LENA is hereby proclaimed a STATE CRIMINAL for breaking High Law, on account of attempted MURDER of the State Governor and her entourage a few days prior. Anyone loyal to the Empire who knows of their whereabouts should not hesitate to step forward and report this criminal immediately. Withholding information is considered an act of treason, as this was a very deliberate attempt to eliminate the head of the government.
On the matter of the Metropolitan, and Regalia's rising crime rate:
Her Eminence beseeches the Metropolitan to increase their security in the city overall, as the recent amount of prison outbreaks and assassination attempts are embarrassingly large. For now, the State Governor is willing to assume that this is merely a fluke, but would also like to remind the Metropolitan that we Ithanians only give the benefit of the doubt once.
On the matter of vigilantism and Crookback trespassing:
And finally, the State Governor would like to stress the fact that Constables should NOT entertain the notion of vigilante assistance, or trespass the bounds of the Crookback Borough whatsoever. That is all.
