The Withered Council - Coven

The Withered Council is a Danse Macabre formed from foreign entities from across continents. After the union between the Withered Roses and the Mithril council, the Withered Council was formed to benefit both goals of each coven. Founded during a time of war and conflict between races, the Mithril Council was formed as a safe place for vampires who wish to blend their two worlds together: The Sanguine and the Mundane. Formed with the intent of becoming a well known and powerful Coven, the Mithril Council works towards uniting those with ambitions greater than an average vampire. The Withered Council works on a council system, spearheaded by the Desprince and Desprincess of the coven.

Goals
- To create a safe space for vampires, inside and outside the coven, to meet and socialize with other Sanguine or with the Mundane
- To influence politics through espionage and infiltration
- To create wealth and expand holdings throughout the town, taking control of key points within the city
- To ally and aid other covens to strengthen the Sanguine community as a whole
- To disrupt a system which has hurt many
- To increase respect amongst the Sanguine community
