• Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Hello there, I always came up with the question of how many of our members are males and females and why do you play MassiveCraft?
 
I originally came here for the faction and PvP stuff, RP only being a little aspect. That's why I never RP'd with my first character, I first started when I went on an adventure to find the dark altar in the sewers with someone, to become a vampire. After like, 4 days?, it got boring and I changed to Tigran, because Khajiit ftw. Now I spend most of my time RPing and only do a little survival, and even less PvP.
 
This will never be an accurate representation due to the fact that most survival players dont actually use the forums, as they are mainly for roleplay.
 
As BenAlex144 said, the forum demographic may give some representation of the server population; the relative smallness of the subjects as well as the selection bias in who uses the forums mean that the result will be largely inaccurate. Also, there is an increasing number of people who actively engage in and enjoy both with little distinction. I apologise for the largely negative criticism, but perhaps there might be a way of conducting a similar survey in game.

Unless you don't care and I'm taking this too seriously, in which case sorry.

For me, I joined for the PvP and played intermittently for a year or so, then I joined and started becoming increasingly engaged in RP. After a while I couldn't do both and quit, now I'm back and haven't stepped out of Regalia.

I was more rp in the beginning but I have started lean more towards faction, survival, building and other things just until I feel like rping again I guess.
 
I came for the role-play. I never really was one for survival.. And when I joined I was pretty new to minecraft in general, so I basically just joined to.. try out minecraft itself? I dunno. I wasn't necessarily looking for either specifically..

I think I'm a Male...

I came because I was told to by an old friend.
There are too many reasons why I'm still here now though.
Although I've left a few times, I can never be far apart from MassiveCraft for too long.
It's a part of me now, and I of it.
 
Male :3 mainly rp cuz it's fun and different, and makes massivecraft what it is (in my eyes) but also like the pvp/survival aspect as it works well with roleplay and adds more to the worlds of Aloria!
