The Fong family are without lands or an army after hordes of Qadir overran their beloved Rim Isles. Not content to sit on his hands while the other nobles get all the fun of battle, Dr. Fong calls together a meeting of his most dastardly and creative subjects to help him craft a response. After days of brainstorming, the shifty group come up with several workable plans to, as Dr. Fong put it, "demoralize, disable and devastate" as many Qadir as possible and to soften them up for the upcoming military attacks.

We have purposefully left the outcomes of each blank hoping that staff @MonMarty @BabaManga will help to determine what effect, if any, these guerrilla tactics have on enemy morale, etc. We hope you enjoy our filthy tactics and long live Regalia!))
1.) A silent, high flying balloon passes over the Rim Isles on a moonless night dropping countless scraps of paper. Anyone examining the papers sees that they appear to depict crude caricatures of various Qadir leaders engaged in unspeakable acts with a variety of farm animals.
((Captions translate: The general of the Qadir army has taken his horse as his lover. The Qadir scouts on the front lines of the war are scouting for sheep to embrace. The general of the Qadir has been revealed as the plaything of a frisky Ur.)
2.) Barrels baring the symbol of the Rim Isles filled with sweet wine wash up on a large beach near the camping Qadir forces. Anyone drinking the wine realizes later that it has been poisoned. Moments before they die in agony they realize their mistake, never drink free beach wine.
3.) A brightly colored and easily spotted balloon flies low over the Rim Isles. The balloon's basket is filled with pigs dressed in Qadir armor. If the balloon is fired upon it is found to also be loaded with TNT which explodes, splattering pig blood, meat and armor scraps over a large radius. If the balloon is allowed to land it explodes when the pigs escape the wreckage with similar affect including flaming pigs fleeing into the brush.
4.) Brightly wrapped packages begin washing up on the beach near a large Qadir encampment. When opened they are found to contain a mixed collection of Qadir body parts along with a note that says, "You".
5.) A team of Maier agents leave one of the nearby islands under cover of darkness and swim for the Rim Isles. They split up and each head for a ship anchored in the harbor. Producing hand-drills they drill as many holes in the hulls of the ships as possible before either an alarm is raised or their fins get tired before disappearing into the depths.
6.) A silent, high flying balloon passes over the Rim Isles on a moonless night dropping countless scraps of paper. Anyone examining the papers sees that they are propaganda pamphlets written in the Qadir's native language. They contain various messages, including sob stories about how their families back home miss them dearly and how the unstoppable Regalian fleets will grind their bones to dust if they choose to stay and fight. They also contain instructions and suggestions for ways to leave the Rim Isles and return home.
7.) Easily decrypted notes are found around the Qadir camps. If decrypted they seem to imply that high-level Qadir moles have been working with the Regalian military to undermine the war effort. They also contain vague threats implying that food and weapon stores have been sabotaged and giving fake clues about who the double-agents are. It is all a goose-chase to waste time and resources and sow seeds of suspicion and paranoia among the Qadir.
