  • Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

The Letter.

*A woman dressed in light robes and bringing a presence of frost wanders the tunnels, posting up these notices*

This letter is long overdue, but recent transgressions cannot and will not be ignored. My first statement is for Archblood who sits above them all, the "Champion" Leufred? I will never forget what you've done and the denizens of the sewers close to me wish to make it abundantly clear that you and all Archbloods are not welcome here. Your recent actions have resounded through our tunnels, and no longer can I turn a blind eye to the pain you put my kin through. If you step one foot near my home, many, including myself, will do everything in our power to make sure your corpse is properly laid to rest, Leufred. This does not have an expiration date, for I'm as patient as I am ageless. You've been warned.

Ice From Stone
Yours Sincerely,
A Altalar woman

A flowered woman covered in a glorious and flourishing array of greenery brought her countenance upon the letter. Carrying along with her flora, there resided in her presence the most prideful air as she read the words over and over again. The flowers speckling all along her body were as plentiful as her built-up wrath and anger, and a strong yearning to protect her kin. At all costs.

Mirabella tapped her chin in thought as she read. Though all good things must come to an end, so this too did pass. Her eyes lingered on the signature as she spoke aloud to herself, "Yes, they will all pay for their reckless acts in due time. I have faith in my family. Let us... rise against the occasion."

An Ailor dressed in half-plate patrolled the Undercity with two other similarly dressed individuals and saw the notices, "Well damn, might have some more work to do, at least we might get more action than regular nights, not that it's any different." he playfully jabbed one of the individual and called out the other to follow after him. @Brit<3 @hawkeye1621

"Archbloods. Merely Corpses given life to deny their purpose. That purpose given to all corpses to become tools to advance the healing of those who remain.

You rejected my ways and sought to denigrate all I have done, so now I shall speak of your worth as one whole curse.

May your barbarism and your vile brutality find even your blood deemed worthless, may all the under-city and all the surface watch it flow from the streets without remorse.

May only the few who have shown mercy and whose hearts are not absent basic sense and kindness be spared.

All my life my purpose was to heal and to advance the practice of medicine. If such acts taken to preserve the lives of others and correct the mistakes of the inept are criminal may each of you dance within the Void. For if darkness lets me advance this world and heal those the surface casts aside may I not be ashamed of it and may I fight for it."

To "A Altalar Woman",

I write this without an assured method of it being answered, but I find it pertinent to at least respond by merit of the clear amount of effort you had to put into this death threat. First of all, I would like to say thank you! I have been feeling rather down as of late due to considerable financial troubles, and your referral to me as a champion has done wonders to my pride. Second of all, I would ask for more specifics. You refer to your kin in this death threat, but who are your kin? The Altalar? Because I find myself on decent enough terms with the Altalar community in this city. Are you a Vampire? A Werebeast? A crime family? They all use the terms interchangeably.

It is worth noting that since my charter's inception (that being the Solatium Regiment, obviously the Greywitch Guard is another story that no longer exists) it has not travelled into the sewers en masse, or to my knowledge, at all. I am of the belief that sewer trips need to be heavily monitored, especially by myself. If you happened to have found one of my guards in your sewers making an unlawful arrest, or travelling into the sewers in armor, I would highly suggest forwarding said complaints to myself or the Old Guard. I am not unapproachable, and I apologize if I have made myself seem that way.

Furthermore, the death threat here is vague in the wrong way, and far too light. You say many, but you do not cite anyone. How am I meant to know the volume of the people out to kill me? If anything, it sounds more like you are unwilling to be clear about how many you have. This leads me to the assumption that you have far less swords on your side than I, which is hardly intimidating at all. And the term "lay to rest" is honestly far too gentle for a would-be assassin. Don D Dredd had much better threats. Baldur was much more intimidating in spite of numbers. Overall, I'd have to rate this death threat incredibly low; though you are welcome to try again at your earliest convenience. You evidently already know how to contact me. Or maybe you don't, considering how you put them up in the sewer tunnels. Please, in the future, put them in a place easier for me to notice, so you don't have to wait a day for a response.

Best regards,
Leufred du Triege,
Count of Dumon,
Commander of the Solatium Regiment.

P.S. I usually do not respond to the second death threat, if you see the time to send it. Please do not let that discourage you.

Keina snorted as she read the paper, it tacked on her wall. A sly grin formed on her face, followed by, "Sure, try your fucking best." before throwing a hatchet at it, tearing the paper, and the hatchet stuck onto the wall.
