"The history of Vampirism is shrouded in mystery, not in the least because most authorities across the world attempt to eradicate any mention of Vampirism in their historical narratives. Historians who research Vampirism certainly exist, but are quickly imprisoned and have their materials burned for being deemed a threat to the state, especially in Regalia, where anything to do with Vampirism or the consumption of blood is taboo."
But even still, there are some sanguine faces that have become almost public knowledge in various areas of less than reputable locations, whether that's negative or positive. For whatever reason, these same faces now look to you, past any idea of having no interest in culture or relations, asking for your contribution.
The sanguine of the Hierarchy, ask any and all members of Old Town to participate in this 'Cultural Competition' whereupon we invite every interested party to write up the lyrics for a song, 'rap', poem, musical composition or story. Derogatory or favourably, towards a Gang/Group or all the Gangs/Groups within Old Town. We ask that this be kept in the spirit of humour! Regardless of your opinion of vampires, it is to be a well-known fact that the Hierarchy upholds their deals, and this competition is no different. Those who attend shall not be harmed by the Hierarchy (without provocation).
The top five shall be selected and prizes rewarded, with the very best being performed by a local, brilliant and talented musician that will remain unnamed until closer to the event. With everyone being encouraged to perform their own if they wish, on our stage.
An announcement will be made, once enough entries are submitted, regarding the time and place for the Cultural Competition results and performances. Whereupon a limited open-bar shall be had. All participants are expected to submit 10r ((ICLY ONLY)), with each cultural submission! ((Submit your songs via Forum-PM to Lord_Immortal, so that they can be judged in secret before being revealed))
