• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

The Guard And The Shield

Dear Hengest. I was found in the supply closet, drunk and spouting off nonsense about shields. Anton said to write you a letter. What happened is what follows.

I didn't know it would lead to this. I had been sitting in my house, drinking some cider that Susan had given me out of the kindness of her own heart, when a thought jumped out at me. My shield was all alone, all by himself. He shouldn't have to be alone every night, should he? I had decided then and there I should visit the Black Tower. Maybe I could ask Hengest to take it home? I don't know, I was drunk.

I had managed to fool the people on duty that I was there to begin my patrols, but alas I hunkered down in the supply room, right next to my shield. I had taken it down at this point, and was leaning against it all couple like. I grabbed my flask out from my corset, and giggled like a madman. I took a sip from it, and gave my shield a playful slap.

I'd continued like this for a little bit, before I suddenly realized I'd been in there too long. The gates men would notice, right? I was coming out of my drunken stupor, and leaned over to my shield. I gave it a sloppy kiss, not even being able to see straight.

It was at this point that I had forgotten my troubles, because something magical happened. My blurry visions began to straighten up as a human figure formed out of the shield. His face was chiseled and handsome, and he was oh so pale. He was dressed like a knight in shining armor, and I swooned. It was my soulmate. She had known it. I had known it.

The man kneeled beside me, and held his hand out for me. "My lady. You are exquisite. You take such good care of me. I should return the favor." I was shocked. I couldn't speak a word. Instead, I decided to take his offer of a hand, and he pulled me up to stand close to him. We were embracing, the two of us, in the crowded storage room with a spilled flask. I finally managed to find words. "Jeremy- Your name is Jeremy." Jeremy nodded, and he kept me close. We stayed like that for a bit, until I was forcefully shaken around like a lampar on three cookies and a kaffee.

Anton was staring down at me, his hands on my shoulders. "Whuh?" I implored, searching his eyes for any fear. Nope, just disappointment.

All in all, Hengest, that's why I hope I'm not getting punished. Honest mistake.
