Regalian Archipelago matters
Colonial Conflict
- House of Brilonde pull back all their troops from the Kathar war effort, keeping them at home in Kintyr and offering them the command to rest before moving out again, but the troops never end up moving, with the transports remaining in place.
- House Briërust invests a sizable capital in their spirit production, seeing possible payoffs or failures in the near future.
- House von Rahm demobilizes another 5,000 troops, dedicating another 5,000 to the War Effort.
- House von Duerr mobilizes its army for the sake of the Kathar conflict, but does not yet dedicate any troops to the effort, keeping them home for now.
- House von Duerr spends a sizable amount of its Family finances to support the war effort against the Kathar, sending shipments of food and medicine for the front lines to keep morale of the soldiers high.
- House Eliopolous attempts to court the Bone King with some form of agreement, but the Bone King ignores the Baroness on account of being a Baroness, and cites that instead they have obligations to other parties in the Regalian Empire, refusing any migration treaties.
- House Krupp announces its departure from the Northern Pact, spending a large amount of effort in a propaganda campaign against the Northern Pact, blaming them for all that has gone wrong. The propaganda effort is effective in terms of restoring some local stability for the sake of revanchism, but all other attempts to improve troop morale and finances fail.
- The Claws of Union under Theodore attempt to use Synod finances to purchase 3 frigates. The Supreme Reverend in Axford cloister however, taking word of this, blocks the attempt and chastises the Regalian bound Synod members for even allowing Synod finances which are meant for the furthering of the quality of lives of the faithful for war engines, and puts the Synod's finances under lock and key by a Kade administrator for safekeeping.
- A town in House Skarpsten land explodes and is completely wiped off the map due to an unknown effect. It is later speculated by traders in the area however that House Skarpsten attempted to mass produce anaflexi and suffered the consequences for dangerous alchemy.
- House Skarpsten also demobilizes its entire army.
- A Tyrannian, Van der Veer, Viduggla and Sorenvik fleet comes together to escort the Veer Pagans to Norrland. House Harhold tries to respond by both pulling its army back from the Veer, and the fleet to stop the Veer Pagans from leaving the Veer. These orders however arrived far too late, and the Veer Pagans have long left the Veer before Harhold ships even arrive there. The transport fleet, now completely undefended is eventually met with the much larger Veer Pagan transports and the coalition fleet under Tyrannian leadership. They sail back to Norrland, deciding that on land, they stand a better chance than at sea, where Anglians are notoriously bad.
- Once on land, the Harhold troops dig in, in an attempt to hold the line against the various armies standing against them. With the support of the 60,000 Veer rebels from the left, the main Viduggla army of 24,000 from the right, and Sorenvik's Krupp moved army 19,000 troops from the right, meaning 104,000 troops crash into the 45,000 Harhold troops stuck against the coastline. With this much larger battle hardened (albeit with some morale loss) army facing down with revangist anger against the Vlissinghelmers, Harhold's army, as soon as several thousand troops are lost against the beach heads and the rest is steadily being pushed into the ocean, essentially surrenders wholesale. At the end, while Harhold's general staff and officers escape safely, 5,000 troops are lost on the beaches while 40,000 of them either desert and disappear into the Norrlan countryside as brigands, or is captured as prisoners of war, leaving the Northern Pact with at least 30,000 Anglian prisoners.
- Somehow, in the fighting between these two sides, some Norrvakt people are caught doing something, though their exact purpose for being present in the Norrlan warzone is unclear to either side, nor do any of those captured give up any information as to why they are there.
- The Veer Pagans link up with the locals who came from Vlissinghelm the year before, forming an even larger cluster of people that eventually also attracts some migration from the Sorenvik lands. It is speculated quickly that the Veer Pagans are starting to formulate a semi-autonomous region inside Viduggla lands, risking House Viduggla losing control over the western third of their landmass.
Colonial Conflict
- House Tyrannian Colonial troops reinforce Blackjaw's defensive line.
- House Rote receives an anonymous donation from an unnamed family and attempts to use these finances to buy supplies for their army and the people of the Sterke-Enn colonies. Due to the nature of an anonymous donation however, Rote is only able to buy a few crates of food enough for a single town. Disgruntled at the lack of promised support, some of the middlemen eventually give up House von Dietrich as the anonymous backer.
- House Rote receives yet another anonymous donation from an unnamed family and attempts to hire a mercenary army to invade the Blackjaw Blastmining Colony in Hadaria. Unfortunately, again because of the nature of an anonymous donation that does not substantiate a sizeable trackable portion of family finances, the amount of money receives is miniscule and only able to buy about 50 mercenaries, who simply go around playing brigand in the Hadarian colonies before disappearing off the map. The Blackjaw colony doesn't even notice this situation as the crime rate remains fairly consistent.
- By far, considered the most well-planned move of this period of the conflict, House Tyrannian slips a number of Witchbloods into the Blackjaw side of the war, acting as bloodhounds against aberrants in the Rote effort. Eventually they snatch Azra min Eazim, capturing her while she was on a mission by Rote to sabotage local war efforts again. She, under duress of torture by the Witchbloods who nullify her magic and repeatedly commence the draining process, only to halt it a moment later and then continue again, reveals that Rote has been using her, a Mage, and at least one other Vampire in the conflict against Blackjaw. This information is quickly disseminated to all the colonies and the Rote army, where the news absolutely devastates their stability and morale, while also causing a sizable number of troops to desert the banner, proclaiming Count Rote a hypocrite and a liar.
- House Peirgarten buys yet another mercenary army, combing it with their colonial army and attacking the Viduggla colonies, though reducing their family wealth to one of the poorest families in the process. That being said, the Van der Veer army is caught while trying to escape back to van der Veer territory and utterly annihilated by the Peirgarten and Mercenary force, allowing the Peirgartens to fully occupy the Viduggla colonies.
- House Frisque mobilizes its home army with yet purposes unknown, receiving little support in terms of numbers however. They also maintain their blockade, refusing any and all ship movements around the area.
- House Blackjaw attempts to court the Dwarven Holds for support against Rote, but no real reply is given, largely because the Dwarven Holds are too busy fighting the Isldar in their ongoing wars.
- Yaotl demobilizes its colonial army, returning the airship to Hadaria, where the Digmaan starts mobilizing his main army, and also spending family finances to try and expand local industry, with results being seen further down the line.
- House Black mobilizes a decent army in Narlas, sending all the soldiers to Old Ceardia to start their own colonial claim.
- House von Rahm sends 5,000 of its private army to stake a claim in an Essalonian Colony, securing the land.
- House Krupp sends 2,000 soldiers of its army to stake a claim in Old Ceardia, creating their first colonial claim.
- House Black mobilizes its colonial troops, summoning 2,000 soldiers for eventual deployment in the Kathar war, but the soldiers do not yet move out.
- House Briërust mobilizes its colonial troops, summoning 2,000 soldiers for a mission that has not yet been disclosed, and the troops do not move yet.
