The Blonde Rouzhelle was established by Florian du Poncaire at the beginning of May 309AC as Regalia's first and only arcade, introducing the wow and wonder of clockwork amusements to the Holy City's general populace. In just a mere few months, the Blonde Rouzhelle was gifted the opportunity to expand into a full blown casino, opening a new hub for Lady Luck's pursuers and those with a bit of coin to spend.

The Lucky Seven Games Club is an exclusive society catered to the blue blooded and well-mannered. Members will be waited on hand and foot by staff and their every whim and desire will be catered to. They will have exclusive access to the basement floor's lounges and bar, weekly interchangeable menus and secret cocktails alongside weekly club gatherings.

This club, while heavily noble-dominated, is available to anyone the Grand Duke deems worthy. Wealthy patrons are preferred, however exceptions can be made.

Pit Boss - The pit boss is a managerial position that oversees the floor staff and clientele. They have a considerable amount of executive power and will be the owner's main consultant in terms of running the business. This position cannot be applied for and must instead be earned through dutiful service.

Croupiers - Croupiers (or dealers) are general attendants of the Blonde Rouzhelle. Their duties range from dealing cards and running floor games to fetching drinks and providing entertainment (for clarification; we DO NOT have courtesans here, look elsewhere for that kind of service) for our guests.

Bouncers - Bouncers are the backbone of the casino, ensuring the safety of both clientele and employees. They have the authority to remove anyone causing trouble.

Billiards
2-4 players​

Split into two teams. One team hits stripes, the other hits solids.
One player will start by rolling 20:
16-20 - You sink one of your own! One point.
3 - You scratch one of your own! Missed.
2 - You sink one of your opponents' cue balls! One point for the opposing team.
1 - You sink the eight ball! You automatically lose if you sink the eight ball while the opposing team still has cue balls on the board.
Each team must sink all 7 of their cue balls (14 in total, excluding the eight ball). The game ends when a team prematurely sinks the eight ball (loses) or sinks all 7 of their cue balls and then finishes with the eight ball (wins).​

Roulette
Each player places their bets based on the wagers below;
- Bet on an even or odd number (50% success rate)
- Bet on thirds; 1-12, 13-24, 25-36 (33% success rate)
- Bet on two numbers (2% success rate)
- Bet on one number (1% success rate)

Once bets are set, the dealer will roll from 1 to 36. Success means you double your settings, failure means you lose it all.

Blackjack
2-5 players
Each player places their bets with the card dealer.
Once the bets are placed, each player will roll out of 13 TWICE.
If you roll over 21, you're out. You lose whatever bet you placed.
If your total is below 21, you're given the chance to fold or roll again to get closer to 21 (take another card).
If your total equals to 21 at any point, you win.
If there are multiple winners, the jackpot is split evenly.

Pinball
Roll 1 to 1000000.
Each number represents a point. (Roll a 10, you have 10 points. Roll a 236, you have 236 points.)
Hitting 1000000 points wins the jackpot.

Derby
1-5 players
Pick a horse; Red, yellow, green, blue or white.
Start by rolling 1 to 20. The number you get is your betting rates for the race (1 = 1st, 2 = 2nd). Place your bets accordingly.
Every player will roll 1 to 5 three times. Each roll represents a checkpoint on the track. (Example: 3 on your first roll means you're in 3rd place at your first checkpoint, 5 on your third roll means you're in 5th place at your last checkpoint)
The roll at the last checkpoint determines the winner. If the last roll is tied, look back to the results of the second last roll to determine a winner.

This is the leaderboard! Every week, the top scorer for each game will receive a Rouzhelle token! These tokens can be exchanged for drinks, prizes, Lucky Seven Games Club membership and more. The leaderboard will be updated weekly so be sure to check back frequently to work on your scores!
