A.R.C is an institute with the purpose of capturing, containing and studying anomalous entities, animate or inanimate which defy local explanation within the confines of the law.
For now, this service is independent and operates in a shop located at Eastwold Road 9, owned and operated by Ser Arlen Howlester.
A.R.C offers assistance and investigation to citizens who report strange goings-on that does not immediately signify criminal activity as this is the Violet Order's jurisdiction first and foremost.
