Above all else, the party exists to correct the mistakes of its forefathers: never walk alone. The Dyatlovists of the not too distant past (including Dimitri Dyatlov himself) never centralised their ranks. Through disinterest, inability, or danger, it wasn't until 306AC that a Dyatlovist Workers Party would be founded. Its ideals are those of the Molotok Manifesto: equality, liberation, collectivism, and comradeship.
Unlike the many political lobbies which have arisen over Regalia's many tenures into constitutional monarchism, the Workers Party's membership is made up entirely of the common man. Irregardless of sex, race, affliction, magica, or silvenhood, the party opens its doors to those who obide by Dyatlov's teachings and take up arms for the revolution. All members are expected to join one of the growing Revolutionary Battalions and fight for liberation.
THE DYATLOVIST OATH
I, a [man/woman] born of the clay of equality, joining the ranks of the Workers' and Peasants' Party, do hereby take the oath of allegiance and do solemnly vow to be an honest, brave, disciplined and vigilant fighter, to guard strictly all Battalion and Party secrets, to obey implicitly all Party regulations and orders of my Sotniks, and Commissars
I vow to study the duties of a soldier conscientiously, to safeguard the common and downtrodden every way possible and to be true to my People, my Comrades, and the Workers' and Peasants' Party to my last breath.
I am always prepared at the order of the Workers' and Peasants' Party to come to the defense of my Comrades- the All-Union Dyatlovist Party- and, as a fighter of the Workers' and Peasants' Battalion, I vow to defend her courageously, skillfully, creditably and honorably, without sparing my blood and my very life to achieve complete victory over the enemy.
And if through evil intent I break this solemn oath, then let the stern punishment of the Molotok law, and the universal hatred and contempt of the working people, fall upon me.
