MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.
Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.
Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.
Pacifist was replaced with a PVP Flag. Once someone hits you, you and the other person are PVP Active, where you can lose your inventory.w8? we don't have pacifist? i died several times in a pvp match with a friend and only lost my xp progress and my inventory. or isn't that suposed to happen? (i also died doing nothing and i kept everything)
nvm it, i rememberd things not correctlyw8? we don't have pacifist? i died several times in a pvp match with a friend and only lost my xp progress and my inventory. or isn't that suposed to happen? (i also died doing nothing and i kept everything)
Bad Idea. Some factions use walls to protect themselves, and with enderpearls they already have to be pretty high, but no cooldown? that would allow a raider to infinitely enderpearl up until he got over the wall, thus removing the purpose of walls forever.Since we no longer have pacifist maybe it would be a good idea to take away the enderpearl cooldown?
That will give people a higher chance of getting out of battles and not loosing their god armor.
I would like to hear what you guys think about it, keep the cooldown or take it away?
It makes it easier for everyone. Honestly, throwing enderpearls is easy, it's not something that you need to train in or something. When did we start losing god armor? Also, this will make it even easier for raiders (who know how to pearl) in their attacks. Thus, I don't like the idea.
Here's to the start of all underground factions. No more wallsBad Idea. I believe it is illegal to put a ceiling above your entire faction ;3Here's to the start of all underground factions. No more walls
While this is true, it's not illegal to have a underground base, just illegal to put some ugly cobblestone or glass ceiling over an entire city for defence.I believe it is illegal to put a ceiling above your entire faction ;3
what if your entire faction was a giant basement?I believe it is illegal to put a ceiling above your entire faction ;3
That'd be fine too, funnily enough. I've seen cities with entire underground Double-Cities that are twice as big in length, width, and breadth to the city it rests under. Hellish to explore and end up getting lost in. Everyone usually ends up living in that area, and just put RP things in the above ground homes if that's their thing.
If I had the time id go and build a maze city that the only way to get to other layers of the city is to go through multiple layer maze. That'd be fine too, funnily enough.
