On Friday, the 23rd of April at 5:30 EST the bell shall be rung after a momentary commencement ceremony in honor of all those hard at work in defining their trade and providing their service to the Empire.

Afterwards, throughout the following two and a half hours all stalls and shops which have signed up for the occasion shall be available to the general public. A ripe opportunity for both parties to get the desired goods they seek, and for the business to put themselves out there, plus make a bit of coin.

So same concept as some of the shop events in the past, a relaxed gathering ripe with opportunity for RP. A good place to advertise for the oldest or even newest to running a business or shop in the city with your character.
