• Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Hi all,

Soldium was a small PvP based faction which was building up to be a big PvP contesting faction, in which it was already doing a extreme amount of damage to factions much larger.

However unfortunately the journey has turned to a very short journey, but it's shown that it isn't about the numbers and it's about playing smart. Due to PvP changes since I last played which was many years ago, such as ban of butterfly clicking which makes me worse than I have ever been not being able to butterfly and worse TPS. I don't think the server has the base to make it a good PvP faction server anymore.

So I thank all the staff and PvPers to make it as fair as possible on my journey from 2014 to now. But I will no longer pvp on this again. I will continue to play when time allows me to focus on building the Soldium base.
It can be raided, however it will stop recruiting unless said recruit is a builder, and following on from that. They will all carry pearls and un-enchanted tools on them.

I do hope the server can improve it's PvP mechanics, and maybe think about disabling PvP chat if you can get muted for using the use of that chat, not that I ever got muted.

This is not about the PvP mechanics. You and 5head both ostracized yourselves from both sides of the server by siding with someone who was clearly in the wrong. You are now reaping the consequences of said decision. This is not about mechanics, as you were perfectly okay raiding with deldrimor when we had our numbers and group.

This is about the fact that now neither side wants to play with you, and you, a pvper by heart, have no choice but to leave.

if you can click 12 while jittering or 16 while butterflying, legit wont make any difference what so ever in your ability to pvp or fight back on massive

Its not because we 'ostracised' from every group, we had already previously done that. And together we've done 28 kills to 3 deaths which is much better than what we did with the thirsty of deldrimor plays.

Infact its probably been the most fun on server last few days as it is exactly to this point in time.
 
Raptum got the biggest win of them all, made the entire faction quit the server.

Lmfao that alt was from the day before. Logged on for 30 minutes then got told off by staff.
 
Wait, when did raptum actually raid us?

Im missing something I think. What did they do to make us quit? I remember constantly raiding them.

Is Raptum the guys with the Chappers guy? Sorry, I forget these peoples names sometimes.
 
So when you say "Soldium is retiring" you mean it will no longer operate as a PVP faction and that you yourself will no longer pvp due to a personal disagreeance with the "mechanics" of the game and lack of time? You made it found like you were about to go pretty inactive. Everyone was confused when you showed up the following day.

Why did you need a post to announce you were quitting PVP?

Happy to hear everyone cared about me when I turned up the following day, so thanks for that.

Unfortunately just because I've logged onto the server, it doesn't make me active. I was retrieving loot from a storage which was hidden because he's no longer with us, if my life matters to you that much!

And coming towards lockdown ending in the UK. I now also have better things to do in my real life which will require more attention than playing Minecraft.

I do appreciate you caring about me though, because I don't care about you :D
