Silven Muters Released

Not much to be said about it. Silven haven't inherently been altered, they have just been given Muters to compensate for the constant prosecution they face, as well as making their Silven status a bit more meaningful by giving mutations that may occur based on character design. Most of these Muters are less powerful than for example Witchblood or Vampire powers or even Mages, and in many ways represent light abilities that are not game changers, but enhance existing Silven aesthetics & narratives.

Silven Characters should update their apps with Muters, but will not require a re-review. Silven will still remain Trustee only.
