• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Silent Night

It was a cold day in the city and you were out and about trying to sell honey as usual.

As you turn around you see your older brother in the distance. You feel a pang of guilt in your chest. You know you should've said something before, you start walking towards him but he's starting to move away.

"Essif!"

You cry out his name, now running after him, trying to get his attention. He didn't pay you any mind, continuing to walk away without so much as a glance in your direction.

You trip over yourself and began falling.

The scene around you change, no longer are you in the middle of the snowy street but you were back in the Elven district on the day of the Festival.

A tightness in your stomach formed as you looked around, the scene sickeningly familiar. You wanted to move, to scream out to someone, but you could only stand frozen as the tree was engulfed in flames.

Your ears are filled with a cacaphony of screams, of those around you and the seedlings. Everyone was running, you wanted to follow but you were stuck.

As the flames began to lick at your heels, a mangled figure started trudging towards you.

As it got closer you could recognize who it was, the sickly feeling in your stomach only grew.

All at once it lunged itself at you and you could feel the flames consume the both of you. As you struggled to get out of its hold, it let out a horrific gurgling noise in the semblance of words.

"'et...m'...die."

You screamed.

<•>

Agari jolted awake in their bed, clutching at their chest and hyperventilating. It took a moment to refocus, they were still shaken by the nightmare. Shaking, they put a hand to their face and shook their head.

"It was all a dream, just a dream..."

They mumbled the quiet reassurances to themselves before climbing out of bed and shuffling downstairs, noting the empty couch. At least he wasn't home to hear their mess.

The cold winter air helped shake them awake some more as they stepped onto the balcony. Agari let out a sigh before leaning on the railing to watch the snow fall.

So much for sleep.
