On the summit

Eleven attendants arrived to the summit, of which five were of the al-Ramoran heritage. This, according to the known number of Songaskia residing in the city, represented roughly ⅘ (definite majority) of the local Songaskian denizens. Of the attendees, five were of the al-Ramoran Heritage, two of the Dikite bloodline and the rest were representing their individual heritages. The meeting started with introductions, followed by a blessing and prayer led by priestess Abbiati.

On the al-Ramoran Triarchy

The Farimba, the Kunnasiila and the Nagba, forming the al-Ramoran triarchy.

Al-Ramoran leadership is divided into three under the Farimba, Kunnasiila and Nagba. These define the military, administrative and scholarly leaders of the Heritage. They make decisions with a simple majority and may each represent the Herigate when necessary. A triarch (Sophet) is replaced by the agreement of the two other triarchs.

Each of the Sophets assume ownership over their respective spheres and will commit to leading the Heritage in their chosen direction. Prospective Songaskia seeking employment or aid in the city or the Empire may approach each of the triarchs, but are encouraged to approach the right one aligning with their queries.

A question about the authority of the triarchy was raised. This is to be tackled until the agenda point of the symbolic governorate.

The first appointed Sophets will be: Farimba Mansurah of the Kash-Tooral main line, Kunnasiila Nasir of the Lleyvantrakh line and Nagba Fareeda of the Kash-Tooral main line.

On the Faith of the Regalian Songaskia

The Songaskian Summit agreed to respectfully disagree on the topic of faith, with regards to relations to Unionism, syncretism and views on the Imperial Dragon. The defined common goal is to represent, safeguard and foster Songaskian culture and the Shambala faith.

The summit agreed to establish the symbolic Songaskian governorate of Regalia to unite Songaskian voices and present a common face on issues and topics. The day-to-day management of the governorate is submitted to the al-Ramoran triarchy, with major decisions to be made and subjected to a council meeting of all Songaskia living in Regalia. This governorate will levy no tax and will draw upon no conscription, but will unite the Songaskia in face and opinion and call upon their aid to further defined common goals.

Further details of the Governorate will be proposed and voted upon during the first council meeting to be announced and held in the first month of the 179th year after Hatching.

On the common goals of Regalian Songaskia

The meeting concluded with a clear view of goals to pursue for the local Songaskia, the al-Ramoran Triarchy and the future Governorate:
  • To represent the Songaskia in a bright light to the Empire
  • To safeguard Songaskian culture and heritage
  • To establish Shambala as a legal, protected religion and maintain its integrity
An additional agreement was reached to host the next meeting (council) in a private or restricted venue with more appropriate layout. The al-Ramoran Heritage will seek to obtain such.

Ever basking in Her radiance,
Sakara Mansurah al-Ramoran
