• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Recently, in the new patch of MCMMO, axes have been nerfed. I believe, that since axes have been nerfed, that the soft cap should be removed giving 50% critical at 1000.

The nerf only stops axes destroying armour, unless your axes are ~1000, the nerf won't effect how much damage you do in pvp, only the effect on the enemies armour. Axes are still just as OP as they've ever been.

Axesare evil. Burn dem all! But seriously they are OP and I personally think they should be nerfed again...

I think I just hang out around wierd people, all the guards I've been seeing use swords, or equip me with swords if they see me with an axe... even when they know I'm a dwarf...

Added for below because I don't feel it needs a new post:
I was also including Cerithian above.

TBH, I think that sword-fighting requires more skill then axe fighting. With axes you just go in and bash everything up, the battles end so fast you don't need to learn how to dodge. With swords, you need to learn the fine are of hitting without being hit. So cudos on Serenum for having the ballz to aim for skill over mcmmo.

Axes are still ebul though. EBUL!

I think with this nerf they are fair. Adding the critical past 50 percent would be way to op, I believe that would be a 2 or 3 hit kill with a sharpness axe which would be wayyyy to over powered.
