This should go without saying, but we all make mistakes, and some of us are simply uninformed. I've had a house in Teled for some time, it was a very tasteful tower in the middle of the ocean, if I do say so myself.
Recently it was unclaimed for a few days (I wasn't keeping track of what world it was in), which led to it being destroyed due to Teled resetting. I'm not upset by any means, I did lose most of my things but what really matters is that others avoid my thoughtless mistakes.
Have fun folks, don't let those awesome builds go to waste!
If you want to post pictures of lost builds or share similar stories I'd love to see and or hear them!
