Proclamation From The People.

The notice would be posted all around Old Town, and more specifically, the Velheim district. The writing was more than legible, and supported some Northern languages as well, on a few posts.​

Dear the Honorable Citizens of the Velheim District,

Through the days we as a society have been bombarded with the new declarations of these small-time possies, we all know of these claims. I, Svante Viduggla, have decided to join in on these proclamations- to make it official; The Velheim district belongs to my neighbors, those of Northern descent, and anyone with their skull screwed on right. These people will act against any enemy parties that deem a part of the Crown City their own. So I'd like to be crystal clear, here is a list of the action the citizens are willing to take provided that the Undying and any other gang continue on their path.

• We are prepared to fight those who claim the Velheim district
• We are prepared to protect our people from those who claim the Velheim district
• We are prepared to denounce and humilate those who claim the Velheim district

Those are the three points we will live by in the coming weeks where you are not forced from our neighborhood, these are our homes… but you knew that. Any and all threats will be taken with light of heart, I will not hold my breath over rag-tag slummers, though any action taken will be considered and will be met with equal consequences. ​

Haeddi Harhold, particularly bored by all the claims of districts, brightened upon seeing the Viduggla's name and leaned forward ever so slightly. "Now there's one," she stated with a grin. "He's not wrong anyways. The Velheimer district is named for the people who it belongs to, no surprise."

Pegeen laid in her bed, laughing upon reading a copy of the proclamation! The heavily injuried and bed ridden Eriunin, then Exclaimed. "I fuckin' dare ya' t'c'me at us 'gain! We's Gunna 'it 'ard'r the sec'nd time 'round!"
