Here is my basic suggestion:
If a premium gets banned, he loses his privileges of Premium benefits.

He was told that the benefits are a privilege and that he doesn't get special treatment, yet he still griefs and spams and kidnaps the admin's son. He was banned, but... he got unbanned after 10 days, he's still premium. He should lose his privileges because he did something really bad. If a team member gets banned, doesn't he/she get kicked from the team as well?

Post your feedback below :)

I find it rare to see a team member get booted for being banned.. Or in hardy's case, "bein' a provocative idiot".

Premiums get no special treatment, this is the opposite, it is giving EXTRA punishment to premiums. I do not approve.

It is very rare for a team member to get banned to begin with unless they have done something extremely foul towards the staff or community.

As for taking away premium, this may or may not sometimes be used in very rare cases, I think it has happened once or twice, but I do not remember the circumstances. We obviously don't make a habit of it though.

I think that this isn't a good idea - it's bad enough they lost 10 days of game time, and they DO pay for Premium (as much as staff like to call it a gift). So, all in all, I think this isn't a good idea.
