Core Concepts/Backstory
Ozwald Moonsun is an honest man who came directly from the blood of his father before him. His mother was an unfortunate soul who found herself trapped between the decision of two men, and who in the end-game chose the man who hadn't fathered Ozwald, instead, his brother: Viktor Acula.
Growing up as a man and a boy in an old run-down home, there wasn't much to live off of. His father took him to tour the streets of Basq, and taught him the business of scamming and fraud. On a wonderful Wintertide morning, Oz was gifted the deck of black and golden tarot cards he had seen his father use many times before to get the regals they needed to survive that week. It was his turn to learn to survive. It wasn't a few months after he was on his own in the streets that things began to crease the relationship between him and his father. They both took to drinking, and before another punch could be thrown, Ozwald moved out on his own to Regalia.
It took no time at all to conjure the magic inside of this young teenage boy. Cards fluttered in the air with a sputter of purple sparks, and landed to reveal fortunes neither true nor false to those who were dumb enough to accept the reading.
Ozwald and Viktor grew up close, but separated.
Their mother never wanted them to spend too much time together.
You must remember: a bastard child of an Ailor woman and an Asha mustn't be rang to the streets.
