Nodus/hack users not getting second chances

I am currently banned because of this, I think everyone deserves a second chance [Not like murders or other stuff but I dont want to delve into that] and I think people can learn from thier mistakes and even if they do it again they can just be perm-banned again, I mean a second chance isnt much to ask for there are people who are sorry for what they have done and wish to start anew with people and try and regain trust from others, how can they regain this if they are denied a second chance in making themselves a better person, in the forums, the community and the server, I hope this gets positive attention and also positive feedback on this subject. I know griefers and hack users still want to come on to fly and aimbot and grief, but if they use that second chance and ruin it they can be banned the staff will know if they can change and behave themselves. P.S - This isnt about jsut me getting banned for it I believe in second chances, and I think everyone who breaks the rules should earn a second chance.

I'm generally pro the second chance, but the recent amount of fly-hackers / cheaters made me....doubt that those who have used it once wouldn't do it again. This is my personal opinion, but many team-members think the same way.

And you must understand something: We don't want people on our server which cheat/hack. It's a very big risk of having them and it makes most of the players somewhat angry, because they play the legit way.

I know griefers and hack users still want to come on to fly and aimbot and grief, but if they use that second chance and ruin it they can be banned. The staff will know, if they can change and behave themselves.

We don't want to see it happen again, we simply don't want them back and do it. And no, we can't know. You are a person somewhere on the world, we cannot take your word "I won't cheat/hack again". Because those who have already, did tricked us and the system.

Please think about it from the moderator side, it's a tricky discussion, that's why this post is so long.
(again; this is my personal opinion, but mostly matches with the team decision)

Yes, but can you please just trust me you can talk to me on skype or anything, I will think of it, but If someone wanted to be on my server this bad, I would have given them a second chance, I mean normal people who use hacks will have just went to another server, I just want to play on this server legit now, I shouldnt have used hacks and if you want to discuss this will me on skype, I will be more than happy to, My skype is Kyle_Dinny[DOUBLEPOST=1349025066][/DOUBLEPOST]P.S - What does imo mean :3

You've had your ban appeal and was rejected ,This is some sort of fail ass petition to try get others to side with you getting unbanned. Don't try to generalize it about Nodus/hacks, it's about you, and you lost your privileges to play on our server.
