A small progression post to get rid of some order backlog while we implement the new order system.
House Kostolansky & Bolshekov's armies are routed by Svetlost Barons uniting against their strong arming attempts, making appeals to House Lampero to help them which fall on deaf ears for now.
Hengest Harhold buys an airship.
House dei Termini tries to do military training with little progressive bearing, but fails to actually fund the
operations properly so the plans never leave the drawing board.
House Howlester positions 100,000 troops with 50,000 in reserve in Billunderborg, outnumbering the local population by 3 to 1 against the Sorenvik and Haagenvig armies that positions themselves in nearby provinces. House Zastórzy positions its army in response near the border as well, causing over 250,000 troops to pile up in Drixagh.
The Scholar Ministry draws up a few maps but otherwise doesn't do anything of Progressive relevance.
House Black establishes a nautical Academy in Narlas, paying 1000 Regals to set up the first stages of construction. Unfortunately the project is badly funded and it eventually ends up being a single lecture room with no dorms or additional services. The locals would normally grow rebellious at the excessive spenditure when their land is still in relative turmoil from the recent rebellion, but the funding was so low that barely anyone made note of it and business went on as usual.
House Cro-Zzarhlo attempts to send envoys to encourage other Digmaan in Hadar to stop paying taxes to the Empire, however as soon as a single Digmaan flops and tells the Regalian occupation force in the DMZ next to their lands, the news travels back to the capital and reaches the Imperial Court. The Emperor is very straight forward and immediately declares Cro-Zzharlo a heretic and issues an arrest warrant for an Imperial Inquisition against him and his associates for suspected Jacobinism.
House Rosendahl attempts to secure the support of the Outer Calemberg Barons in an attempt to form some sort of cooperation union with the free Houses, however recent events cause this to largely backfire. House Ravenstad's looming presence is seen as too much of a risk to anger for the Calemberg Barons who largely still depend on Typhonus support for their independence, rebuffing Rosendahl attempts to form some sort of coalition, afraid of angering and provoking Ravenstad aggression, seeing as they believe Rosendahl is about to be invaded by Ravenstad, and have no desire to become part of a fresh war.
House Tyrannian attempts to convert the Old Rebels in the Anglian Veer citing some rhetoric concerning the Imperial Proclamations, however the intended effect is largely not what they had hoped for. While some conversions are succesful, a larger number of Oldt Faith and Old Gods immigrants suddenly floods into the Anglian Veer which is starting to upset the religious balance in the region. The Non Unionists start gathering an ever greater minority in the region, attracted by the religious freedoms and local protections, causing entire regions to become predominantly non-Unionist where the Anglian barons start losing control of local legislation. While these regions obviously continue to be taxed and dedicate troops to the state, Regalian legislation is deferred to Oldt Fayth and Old Gods legislation, and some of the local barons not yet subjected are blaming Tyrannian for this development which reduces their control over the land to a pittance in their capital only. Now that the Emperor secured their existence, the Old Rebels see no further need in House Tyrannian, and stop paying any attention to them.
House Haagenvig sends a delegation to the conference aimed at building Hadrian's wall in an attempt to dissade local lords to support the venture. Haagenvig is largely successful in attemptig to convince the local lords to abandon the idea, and it eventually strands when only house Typhonus continues to attempt to set up the wall, being unable to pay for it by themselves however.
