A missive will be sent out bearing the Gishkim Seal throughout the city of Regalia​

A new idea has entered my ear from the House di Civita. Instead of one competition, this will be a city wide competition. All smiths of the city, I beseech you to come to this glorious event and what shall be up for prize money. We have thirty thousand regals(Three Prog Tokens) from House Gishkim, House Litvinova and House Faure. Alongside the money, a special title will be handed as well for everyone in regalia to know you beat the cities' best smiths. Though I only ask that you have good standing with the law and Violets.
