• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

For those unaware, the newest optifine version allows players to set their render distance all the way up to 64 chunks. Yup, 64. I decided to see how well my potato fared against the extreme view, so I loaded it up and started to wander around Regalia. I made it to the halfway point before I finally crashed.

Now, I know there are people here with better computers than my own. So I'm going to challenge those people to post images of their 64 chunk rendered builds. whether that be the entire Regalian city, a faction spawn, a faction base, idk. I just want to see a lot of blocks in one image.

Winner gets absolutely nothing. Maybe bragging rights. And a pink cloud rating. But other than that, nothing other than the ability to show off computing power and massive builds.

Welp, I have nothing to post since I crashed before I was finsihed. Hopefully someone else can do better.

No that would be impossible. I believe the render distance is set between 12-16 with 16 being the end-all maximum for all servers. I recommend you try this on a local world, we'll see how you fare xD
