Thought I was in the RP section to introduce my character but I'm not. I'll go ahead and introduce myself anyway here without the RP. I'm a 35 year old former U.S. Marine Corporal (1996-2000) and currently an RHCSA working for a major trucking company as a Senior Engineering Specialist. I work with HP-UX, Solaris, Red Hat Linux, and AIX Unix. I play Minecraft in the late evenings just before winding down for the night (between 10pm-2am Central). When my boy first introduced me to Minecraft, I thought it was a lame low graphic game. Then I played it, found out there was multiplayer, and became addicted to Massivecraft. My brother, FunSpongeRocket (he really didn't know that would be his name in game everywhere he went - haha) who is an amazing designer (not kidding nor biased), and I have been building up a new Vampire faction in Ithania. We've got quite an underground lair to behold with a skylight that blocks the sun during the day and allows the light in during the night (thanks to daylight sensors and inverters). This skylight shines straight down on our dark altar which looks amazing. It's so eerie, we often like to run around in our lair with our night vision turned off just because it's too cool.
Anyway, we're looking for other late night players that would like to be part of a faction that likes to Roleplay. We don't require everyone to be vampires, (although our base is not really designed to be friendly to the red blooded), as we could always use spies, and daytime errands that could not otherwise be performed. Plus, it would be nice for our enemies to never be certain which of us were vampires and which were not, so that our victims would never know which weapons to wield.
