Hey, I'm looking for someone to make me a tigran skin. The last couple of places I've been to have either been full, closed down or are just taking forever to make. I have made an application on how I would like the skin. If you would like to make it but need more details/more things to put into the app please tell me and I will do it.

Race: Tigran
Physical Description: He has grey and white coloured fur with black spots scattered across his body. He has brown eyes, black claws, cat like eyes, and (if possible) has a silver necklace with an ice shard on it which he draws his magic power from. He has Hackles (that mane that appears down the back of dogs and cats when they get angry), He does not have hair just fur.
Clothing Description: Basically I would like the clothing from this picture. (I would also like the blue arm band as well).
Pay: Well, I will pay somewhere between 100 - 300 regals maybe more depending on how good the skin is.
(If I have put this in the wrong part of the forum, sorry this is the first actual post on the forum I've done plus I'm still a bit new to it as well).
