Looking For Charter Members

Hi.
I am looking to create a charter, so I need members. Post your IGN, char app (must have at least a WIP one) and any other stuff that might be helpful. Once I have enough, I will post a link to the main page and will assign ranks.
We will be a Religious Order:

Religious Order Charter

• The right to issue a Writ of sin against an individual.
• The right to arrest and detain warrant individual for violation Holy Law.
• The right to bear non military grade armaments but not armor in clear sight
• The right to burn heretics and violators of too many Holy Laws as sinners.
• The right to hold public heresy trials of Holy Law violators.
• The right to declare a district under purge, setting up barricades and searching house by house for any illegal activity, heretical items or gatherings and burning heretics. The purge must be executed in conjunction with a Guard Order.
• The right to suspend another Charter Order upon investigation of Charter Rights violations and illegal activities.
• The right to maintain a Castle as Chapter House.

Or a scholarly order if things go south.
